My track slag has her MOT in about half hour, should just scrape through suppse it depends on the mood of the tester :roll: with it's dodgy plate and only 3 lights lol

I'll let you know how bad it is 8O

Failed as expected but it wasn't no bad :D little bit of welding new light and a tyre.

Still cant drive her though :cry: :cry:

I will assume it's an MOT fail to not have a main beam?

You could do a light conversion to two singal head lights with sides, dip, main like the mkll Golfs?

Also, i presume you took the head light out for air flow? if you did one of the motor factors motor world/save do a port for a sub box that fits perfectaly into the plastic front grill an as its a trumpet shape it would channel the air better and would look pritty cool too :cool: .

Might have to have a look at that, i did think about a one from a sub but couldn't find one the right size,

As for a conversion would golf lamps fit? I've got a few knocking about!

Remove the headlight unit from the other side - under build and use regs, if they are fitted, then they must work - and since they won't be fitted, they won't be needing to test them ;) - this applies to anycar winkeye

same story for hazard warning lights on all cars registered before 1974 - if they are fitted, they must work :mad:
