Right, Gaydon has inspired me to do a bit of work to the old girl.

Anyone know whose front wings are best? Euro or GSF? I ask because I remember someone on here mentioned needing to make adjustments to the ones they bought.

The genuine wings are an extra £100 per side!

GSF wings are much better than ECP's apparently

front wings vary a bit in shape through the 3 face lifts so it's important the y give you the right one - otherwise yes you do have to cut bits off the inside back of the wing to make it fit - annoying!

So has anyone had experience fitting a wing to the last facelift model? Any problems?

The GSF wings are marginally cheaper so I'm pleased to read the recommendation from Iain T.

I doubt that !

For example GSF sell mostly Febi replacement mechanicals and Elring gaskets whereas ECP sell mostly Lemforder replacement mechanicals and Victor Reinz gaskets :?

I've also found GSF's bushes and top mounts to be far superior to ECP.

I usually shop at GSF unless it's something electrical as they don't stock much electrical gear, that's when I go to ECP

personally I would find 2 good wings at a scrap yard or buy from BMW, ECP are shockingly bad in chester so i cant see them being much better elsewhere
Bollocks to this 24v scrap!
