Any E46 convertible rear top mount. They are all the same from 318i to M3.

The Meyle HD ones are perfect for the job and only like 12 quid for the pair. They're plentiful on ebay.

They look identical to E30 ones, but the difference is supposed to be in the steel bush that the damper rod goes through.
The E30 version uses a simple piece of parallel walled tube, but the equivalent piece on the E46 ones is barrel shaped, so is physically retained in the rubber to a degree, as well as having a larger bonding area for the glue.
