Great pics!
My neighbour has hated me and my family since we moved next to him.......
Dispite no council activity to start with it became apparent he just hated people in general...then I bought a e30 in need of work, alfresco on the driveway .! ..
So grinding and welding are done guilt free , yeah it sounds ghetto/ council but needs must!

I'm lucky my nieghbour likes me, I fix their cars when they break so they don't mind my council shenanigans

And use the guy ropes and pegs supplied if you want to stand any chance of it remaining where you put it, oh and I wouldn't advise putting it up on your own on a windy day, much foul language will be required I discovered!

dont worry one side will be tied into the fence & a tarp tied into the otherside,
