Looks good enough to do the job properly. Like Pete said seen worse with a MOT

lol...never mind....I am sure 170 bhp will be fun...its all in the delivery, isn't it!?...Speedtouch wrote:Sorry, the 25 6K is the later low compression (Katalysator) engine.![]()
It should give around 170bhp, if in a good state of tune, particularly with a six-branch fitted.
You are right...its worth doing properlyFastroad wrote:As prices seem to be going up (as it has come to my attention on another thread), you should definitely do a good job as you will be able to demand the better value for the future if you was to ever sell.
Righto...I managed to get the o/s carpet off and its all shiny and straight...i struggled to remove the n/s bulb cover, but I managed to get my hand behind the carpet and it seems to be in good order..i will do it properly laterpacerpete wrote:I've seen worse with MOTs !Stop teasing, we need to see CLOSE ups of the erogenous bits.
There will be nasty bits, they all have themGet the boot side carpets off and also pay particular attention to the bulkhead behind the glovebox and the roof skin where the sunroof cassette is bonded to it. 5 mins each side will get the grab handle off, the door arperture seal pulled away and the headlining carefully unpeeled from the seal lip . If you get showered with orange flakes, we need pics !

Cheers!Grrrmachine wrote:I don't like the look of the spray-on sealant around the inner wheel arches, to it's worth prodding them with a screwdriver to make sure they're solid.
It also looks like you've got water ingress in the cabin; look at the rusty drips above the orane and blue relays. You'll want to find out where that's coming from before putting the carpet back in.
Overall though, it looks like a solid shell and a very good base for a project. Nice one

It's the massive hole that goes into the boot space from when your back seat rest would go.979-SPORT wrote:Wheres the ski hatch?Gert_8 wrote:I'd scrap that. It's got the ski hatch panel missing
