right checked the rotor arm, cleaned the AFM and throttle body found a vacuum leak and sorted. but still running rough on idle and light throttle

what are the sparkplug gaps? maybe these are slightly out?

theres a vacuum hose from the throttle body which is just blocked off dont know where its supposed to go? also there is a plug on the wire that goes to the afm which is not used

cheers all

What year is it for starters? M10 or m40?

The loose vacuum tube and the AFM cable sound a bit dogdy though....

is a 89 so a M40 as you look at the inlet from the passenger side the vacuum hose is on the right hand side of the throttle plate, i currently have this blocked up.

The plug is on the loom which goes to the AFM only

Sorry i have no clue about the m40, have you tried looking at the diagrams on the ETK? might help to see where things should go.
