4x100 Centerbore is 73mm.
I know the E30 centerbore is 67mm...so what can be done to make these wheels fit?

4x100 Centerbore is 73mm.

whoops your right... Spigot rings are "centering rings" right?

Yes center bore is 57.1mm as the hub is 57mm
I would recommend you get wheels that fit correctly and don't use the hubcentric rings. I have noticed that over time they go out of round and cause balance issues. i know others have never had problems with them but imho if it's not the right size to start with it's not he right wheel for the car.
