Hi ,
Got two engs to build one lc , & one hc for LPG so looking at 11:1 for that one

what range of thickness out side the standard 1.75 or thicker 2.05 mm head gaskets can you get for 84mm m20 and from where ?
does any one do a 1 mm one ?
and is a 2.5 mm availible to ?
thanks

for the higher compression you could deck the block by .75mm, but you would have to look as to how close the valve and piston tops are getting.

I dont know about the gaskets though 1.75 and 2.05 are the only ones listed on the ETK, i would imagine a custom gasket could be made but its gonna be £Â£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£ 8O

you have a pm about the pistons

cheers maggs

Thanks MAGGS
I am looking into CR s for LPG and want as high as poss looking at 11:1 ish and working out how much to ease to piston tops , ( as little as pos) but just thought there must be somewhere that makes oversize thick head gaskets which would help with less machining

will come back to re pistons as looking at all options
