Just put the 14in bbs from the old 325 on my 318 cos I ruined the rears and the fronts were pretty shagged anyway. noticed that the 89 1.8 was runnin' 195/60s and the 86 325 was runnin 195/65s

it explains why the front end had a real jacked up look about it.

is 65 correct for my car? If so I'm gonna have to try for a new top speed :)

The 65s are correct for the 318. Same tyre sizes are specified for the 318 as for the 325. Only difference is the 318's are R rated, while the 325's should be V rated.
195/60's are a bit easier to find than 195/65's.

cheers, Looking at prices the 60s are cheaper too. when I move from 4.1 to 3.91 final drive what ratio would I want. actually I'll stop being so lazy and get out that unixnerd tyre calculator :)
