m30 e32 conversion

evenin all
had a bit of luck today been given a g reg 730i manual.engine is sound.so wot i would like to know is wots involved to put it in my 318 facelift. ie. engine mounts, propshaft, drive shafts hubs. brakes. will i have to change to 5 stud. will the diff from the 7 fit. and the wireing loom is it the same as 735. as there is loads of info on here.
i know alot of you will say jus put a 3.5 in but on my budget and other plans for the car the 3 litre will have to do.
any help would be much appreciated.
