Can some one tell me the correct torx settings for the head bolts?
On a 325i

I could do with this info as well as the Haynes and Autodata books have different figures. :?

This differs between the old style hex bolts (which you shouldnt be using now) and the spline heads. I'll check the bentley manual and post back unless someone gets there first.

Bentley quotes for torx bolts; 1 ,22ft.lb. 2, 90degree torque angle. 3,90degree torque angle.For hex bolts;30 ft.lb,wait 15 min then 44ft.lb,then with engine at operating temp 25 degree torque angle.

then it on to the interior and little body work
and she will look as good as new
