which spark plugs!!!!

hi guys
turboed my 1986 bmw 325i
but i put a later type engine in 1986>

but what plugs do i put in
zgr's or bpr's

now ant told me sevral times but i just keep on get em muddled up

hes gonna kill me

i have the bp's in em aready but dont know if i keep tem or put the zr's

also im using m/s as management.
