You can get an ECU from the likes of Emerald (emeraldm3d.com) or contact Ant on here and ask about the MegaSquirt ECU. There are loads and loads of others to choose from, but MegaSquirt and Emerald seem to be the most widely used on this forum.

Injectors, either have a look in the USA for new ones or just raid something like an E36 M3 (3.0 not the 3.2) for injectors which are good for 280bhp ish. Just have a look around various cars at their power output, divide it by the number if cylinders and then multiply by your number of cylinders.

The last consideration is the impedance of the injectors which needs to be around 16Ohms for most aftermarket ECUs.

There are various ECU's on the market ranging from £300 - £2000+
the cheap/cheerfull would be megasquirt as mentioned by Alex
Then there are the more mainstream systems such as Emerald/DTA/Haltech/Omex/Gotech/KMS/MBE
And then there's the high end(expensive) ones from Pectel/Autronic/DTA/Motec
There are several others available also
But can only remember Wolf as being one of them

ECU price and features will be the deciding factor
