Fitting M-Tech 1 Front Valance

Just wondering if the M-Tech 1 front valance is a straight swap, or is modification required? Do I just pull the (chrome) bumper and anything below off and bolt the Tech 1 on?

You will need to remove one of the towing eyes ... so get the angle grinder out.
Remove the bumper and then fit the valance to the bumper ... then the whole lot goes back on.
