Tyre rubbing on the wheel arch liner is one possible cause, might have a broken clip or two letting it sag a little. ?

it will be the metal anti-squeal shield.
they are usually so rusty you can just bend it back with your fingers to stop the rubbing noise
raise the wheel rotate it and check for noise
then take wheel of and rotate the disc. you'll see and hear it

Don't you wish there were a knob on the TV to turn up the intelligence? There's one marked 'Brightness', but it doesn't work.
