Ain't that easy....
The problem is that the inner race tends to get stuck in the trailing arm and can be a real b*gger to get out. I stipped evrything myself and then took the trailing arms to the local garage where they used a press to get the old inner race out and put the new one in.
Its a job that you have to do from start to end. Once you pull hub off and it leaves the inner race in the trailing arm there is no going back - you can't put it back together without fitting new bearings.
Also the hub nuts are done up very tight (200 lb ft?) you will need a breaker bar to shift them.
