do all e30s have the same size disks?

I will be doing a rear disk brake conversion on my 316i, will the front disks be the same size as 325i disks?

Same diameter, yes, but the 325 ones are vented, while the 316 (saloon) ones are plain. Different calipers.

As brian said, same diameter but thicker as they are vented.

I have a spare set of vented type calipers if you need them.
