Can anyone tell me if any m20 sump will fit on my 325 and will an 325 engine with an auto box bolt strait up to a manual box cheers TOM :mad:

You need an ally E30 sump,the pressed steel type fitted to E28's will not fit.When I did my 2.7 conversion I started with a manual 320i and an auto 525e.I used the 320 flywheel,clutch and gearbox on the 525e block.

what 2.5 engine does your 325 have?

what auto engine and what manual box?

You'll need to fit a spigot bearing in the end of the crank and fit a manual flywheel/ and clutch but it will fit.
