mines real and has a rear light in it, and it works.

how do you tell if its a real tech two, mine is two seperate pieces and is deffo not fibreglass, looks standard to me and the car def is not from OZ

it looks right definatly didn't come on her red paint under a stone chip and i'm silver
just wondering she's goin in to get tidied up and i might change it for a plain one not sure if it came on them as an option or watever but if it did i'll keep it

well im 90% sure mines original and it has a break light, and TBH the quality looks like it could only be BMW.

I have never seen a genuine Tech2 rear spoiler with a brake light fitted. Nothing listed in the ETK either.
If it's a genuine spoiler, then it should have some part numbers visible somewhere. It's a while since I looked, but they could be under the outer ends of the upper spoiler (the bit that hangs over the 1/4 panel).

i have one with a brake light, not original, was installed years ago in 1994 i think, it is made of plastic.

how odd, well heres the back of mine, like i said the finish and fit etc is spot on and it works. someone with more knowledge than me should be able to tell what the hell it is

good enough for me, my cars pretty low at the back, its fun shining the higher light in peoples eyes in queues

Mine doesn't have the brake light. Not sure I'd really want one there (although I did fit one to my old Honda Accord coupe, shhhhh!)

i have the indent though is it a 2 pice job never took one down or even looked at it
