can anyone point me in the direction of a decent turbo kit for my 1991 325i sport

Don't think there are any complete kits available as such.

You either need to pay someone like Ant to do it for you, or do all the work yourself. You can probably buy a manifold though, just avoid the reeeeeally cheap ones!

http://www.cartech.net/bmwm20turbo.htm theres one but it is from america so no doubt there will be something that doesnt fit the european cars.
