Hi,
On hots days while driving with the a/c on, after have been driving for a while, the idle seems to drop about 200rpm and just before comming to a stop and I push the clutch in to put car into neutral, when the rpm drops to idle the car drop below idle to about 500rpm and seems like it is going to turn off. The car actually has swirched off on a couple occasions then I start it straight back up and am off again.
This only happens on hot days once the temp guage is 1/2 way of hotter.
Could this be from a faulty idle control valve (have removed and cleaned it) or maybe fuel vapour lock?

have a look at the afm!
Had this type of problem with my 320 and it was that.
Take it off and have a look at the flap inside it shouldnt be floppy like mine was, put the one off of my 325 on and it was fine after that.
Have you got another one you could borrow off of someone to see, like wise with the icv try swapping it first could be eiether or.
