Removing the mtech2 rear spoiler

I really would like to clean the largely inaccessible corners of the boot under the spoiler. Is the spoiler easily removed by the two nuts on each side of the boot?

Hi mike, there are 2 8mm metal nuts at each end of the spoiler and 4/5 10mm plastic nuts through holes inside the boot skin. They may all have corroded even the threaded studs inside the plastic nuts so lube them and work them off gentily to avoid snapping them.

inside the boot skin? how do I get to them then?

There are hole in the skin too access the nuts.
