Having a bit of a mental block.. Is that what its called? Also where to get some decent stuff from? Whilst my head is off im gonna wrap the manifold

Been thinking about doing this as well. Will it cause any problems with the manifolds?

how much is needed for a 6 pot manifold?! Do you do more than 1 layer? :?

1 layers ok dude... got mine from rally design for my silvia..... i only needed 50ft of the 2in wide one, but for ures id go for 2in thick and 100ft,,,, then wrap the downpipes also and some of the front section too

its best priced at rally design too, and, just tie it with stainless steel wire that they sell also

Cant do any harm.. Lower under bonnet temps, higher gas temps and therefore gas speeds. Must be worth all of 1bhp :D :cool:

will help prevent your under bonet temperature rocketing when stuck in trafic in the summer as well, cant be a bad thing on cars that can over heat now and again.
