bmw engine help in blackburn

hello people, my e30 cab had broken down in blackburn cyclinder head craked. i am based in london. i recently sent over a re cond head with a cat cam fitted. the mechanics have fitted the head on but for same reason the the car has no power when driven. they have checked for air leaks and the timing but to no avail. does any1 have links in blackburn to go check the car and to adv the mechanics of ware there have gone wrong. i need same1 who nose there way around a e30. there will be a drink for whoever is in blackburn and knows what there doing.
