I'm currently doing the shadow line thing to my e30, and am having trouble removing the mouldings on the doors that surround the window, as well as the side mouldings lower on the doors. Any tips on removing them without damage would be appreciated!

Also, mine has opening rear windows, which unless I'm wrong, the trims are not available seperately and I will need to buy new glass.

I know of some second hand fixed windows for sale, is it easy to convert vent windows to fixed? I'd prefer the vent windows, but don't really open them often enough to warrent the expense of brand new glass.

Cheers, I'll give that a go. How about the mouldings on the door that go up the A pillar and along the top of the door?
