i got beaten by a corsa, what are the options for turbos (if any) ?

how deep is your pocket ??

your best bet is to look on www.s14.net mate, a few turbo converions on m3 there

Martin (Martybee IIRC) did a conversion for £1500 8)

all diy, to do it right you'd be looking at £5000

low comp, maifolds, and while you're at it timing chain if its never been changed
