bumper repair - advice needed

hi, i have a 1989 e30 325i 4dr.
the bumpers have slight chips etc...
still have the original moulded licenseplate frame..a chip,crack or two...

i do some bodywork myself...bodyfilling,spraypainting etc..
was just wondering what type of rubber/plastic repair stuff can one use?

any ideas?
