Karan is right, I had a nightmare trying to fit some OMP sidemount seats into my e30, rallynuts and OMP themselves said the subframes they sold would be fine, which they were for alignment, but the seats were almost touching the roof. the sidemounts almost fit as they are, but there would be next to nothing between the side of the mount and the hole that would be drilled through it, therefore I got a piece of aluminium the same thickness but twice the width, and longer by 5cms at each end of the mount (to allow for some movement back and forwards) Which will be welded onto the bottom of the mount by an ally welder. This should allow plenty of room to drill the holes safely, then the seat will bolt straight onto the floor, allowing for a bit of adjustment using the holes in the sidemount.
