Haven't put up any pics since this time last year i think, and thanks to Myself and Dips, there's been a few changes.
These were taken shortly before i got shouted at by the security guard on duty at this industrial estate, AFTER he said it was alright to do this lol!
Here you go!

(Btw 40 mm drop going on saturday hopefully!)

Cool!

Did you buy those image split rims new or did you get them secondhand?

I'd love a set of 17" ones for the cabby.

Gorgeous mate, pretty much how i want mine looking, just can't find a Tech 1 spoiler or the skirts.

What size are the wheels, be interesting to see if you have any rubbing issues when you lower it.

Thanks!
Skirts were courtesy of Nelly, and the spoiler i bought new. My mate had one, but i wanted a mint one.
Wheels are 8.5x16 out back, with 225 tyres. Im only going 40mm lower and the arch lips have just been rolled so hopefully there wont be issues! If so, will just get 215's stretched on.

stunning car.... :D
had a question about the rims....

your tyres look like they've been streched to make the lip more pronounced....

is that legal?? I read somewhere it wasn't....

and also, who fitted the tyres???

I've heard of some garage's refusing to fit smaller tyres streched over a larger rim!

any help on that would be appreciated as I was hoping to do this when i get some rims for my car!

Thanks guys!
aceraf, the guys at Image (who made the rims) fitted the tyres, the rears are a little stretched, but could go another size smaller, which i may do if i get rubbing issues when lowered.
As far as i know its not illegal, though possibly a little dangerous with too much of a stretch. Most of the legality problems when using wide wheels come from them sticking out past the arches. This is definately illegal.

Some tyre shops wont do them because they sometimes see them as dangerous, and they are difficult to do! (A lot of effort to do, and risk of damaging the wheel)

Cheers Pal, ours are very similar now, hope you dont feel im copying, we just obviously both have good taste!

Thanks to everyone else who posted their appreciation, much errrrr appreciated. (makes it all worth it!)

Its by no means mint, but for a daily driver, i like to think i keep it in pretty good nick. (My boss even said so in my appraisal at work!!) (Work at a BMW dealer)

The 11's were there when i got there! I got a ticking off from the security guard just for being there let alone smoking up the tyres lol!
