I have a 320i, which is running surprising well, not wanting alot for it, can sell complete in a rolling shell if interested, can do a like for like swap.

Engine (complete with loom, AFM etc), ECU, Rad (and hoses), gearbox, prop and diff. Basically, buy yourself a rusted out 325i and you will have all the bits you need. You also need to sort out mountings for the AFM and header tank - no big deal really.

Just a quick note, there is no difference between a 325i and 325i sport engine.

If yours is a 318i saloon, you will also need the front struts (shocks and springs) changing for the larger 51mm bits from the 325i - I say that although mine is running the smaller 45mm struts without problems so far.
