i know the sierra had one as we found out one day in Oldham. 
 
It took 2 hours, i huge row with Boo, big screaming match, a flat battery, £138 on long term borrow from Claire and a guy from rochdale to find it!!

You can easilly wire in a switch which cuts the power supply to the fuel pump.

It has a fuel cut off that works from the pulses produced by the crank position sensor. If the engine isn't turning, the fuel pump switches off.bultjeboo wrote:thankyou
