How much would you pay for this?

BMW. 316i. Red. 1989 own private plate Mot untill sep 05, taxed. Good condition, reliable, used daily.

its for sale just up the road from me, and i'm sorely tempted to join the ranks of the 4pot wrongness (no offence to the 4potters out there! )

I have no pics, but was gonna go see it at the weekend.
anything in particular to look out for on the m10? engine/box/diff?!
