Guys,

I'm looking to change the inlet manifold on my 320 to a 325 item with BBTB, i had a quick look the other day and it looks pretty tight, i presume this can be done with the head on?

Any tips would be appreciated!

cheers guys

Long extension bar for you ratchet and the bendy bit ( like a uj ). all bolts are pretty obvious and remove all of the harness that's hanging off the bottom studs on the manifold also.

Pretty sure the stat needs to come off if you leave the fuel rail on as it catches.

And watch the block/manifold breather pipe, it's sprung loaded and PITA to put back, a tip passed to me was to use a plastic tie to pin the spring down when refitting and remove when manifold in place.

Other than that they're quite easy and I'm sure others have some tips on how to also.

HTH, Mark.
