Been busy this afternoon. Well chuffed with how much I got done. :)

Installed a new Starter Motor.
Installed a BBTB
Replaced LSD diff oil
Installed a Strut Brace.

I was a bit apprehensive of doing the Starter Motor given some of the stories I have read on here about how difficult it can be. However with the Throttle Body off, itâ┚¬Ã¢”ž¢s not hard at all. It helps to have an Air Ratchet, with a long extension bar for the top nut.

The Diff filler plug was seized, and I quickly rounded the hex fitting trying to get it out. So I welded in my hex socket, and the plug came out very easily.

Gearbox oil next, and then consider doing a Megasquirt conversion. Still on the lookout for an original 2 piece front exhaust pipe.

good thinking to shift the hex bolt - glad to hear its not too close to the petrol tank though with that welding going on
Don't you wish there were a knob on the TV to turn up the intelligence? There's one marked 'Brightness', but it doesn't work.
