Hi,
i've not had any experience of the ireland eng. ARB's, but i can recomend the H&R's.
I dont track my car, but on the road they made a very noticeable differance (medium on front, softest rear)
i now use all of the roundabout so i can 'chuck' it round, you can really feel them doing their job.
probably the best mod so far on my touring

for a track car go with the ireland set up it is much stiffer but make sure you get the reinfocements for the mounts other wise you may end up ripping them out of the chassis.

I have the Ireland Engineering 25/22 swaybars on my car, with all reinforced mountings. A nice piece of kit, but as mentioned, quite stiff, but infinitely adjustable (still trying to find the perfect set-up for my car).
Whatever you choose to put on your car, be sure to reinforce the drop link mounts on the rear trailing arms. The IE kit comes with the steel triangles that need to be welded on. I test drove my car after fitting the sways without them, and a 2minute drive down the highway was enough to start bending them. If they snap off, which has been known to happen..you're in a world of hurt.
The only negative I have for the IE's, is the finish of the bars themselves..the paint tends to flake off easily where you bolt on the drop-links, but overall, I'm very happy with them.

For reference, here are some pics of the IE's. (not my car, borrowed pics from e30tech)
You can see the extra strength of all the mounting points.
