I know a few of you boys are running one on your m20's, currently sourcing a turbo for my project and want to know what these are like. ie how laggy, what sort of power(with supporting mods)
Also any experience with the hx25w

hx25w be too small, hx35/40 be better.
I have a H1C, not installed yet though.
What motor are you running the H1C on and what boost?
Expect to achieve 1bar between 3500-4000rpm depending on configuration.

Its a m20 2.5, pulling it out of the car as we speak, what internal work is required to hold 1.5 bar.

No idea as I'm yet to find out but from the info I have read you will need to weld up the water channels in the head, fit M50/h beam rods and poss low comp pistons or atleast forged ones. Head bolts, gasket etc is all the basc stuff. when does the boost come in with these holset turbos? i remember someone saying they were quite laggy
