Panels

Hello all!
I need to change the sills and repair the rear wheel arches on my 2 dr,does anyone know of any good quality pattern panels available on the market?
Ill probably use dealer panels but im just interested if i can save a few pennies (if it doesnt cause twice as much work tho! )

Going on what the guy at the bodyshop doing my car has been saying, don't go near pattern parts, they never fit perfectly, and they never have such a good finisharound the edges.

I have fitted pattern sills to a friends 325 and wheelarch repair sections on my own sport, and i was quite happy with the fit obviously some trimming and shaping is required but at Ԛ£15 a sill and Ԛ£22 a wheelarch who could complain!!

Yea, it could be slightly better with these type of panels, i was just going on experience with bolt on panels which are probably more noticeable.

If its the outer skin, I think BMW only do the entire rear 1/4 panel in which case you have to get arch repair kits.

If its the inner wheelhouse section, I couldn't find patterns for those, I had to get them from the dealer, Ԛ£50 + vat a piece I think.
