misses at full throttle at 5000rpm

Guys I need sum assistance

I have rebuilt the engine on 89 325i after dropping a valve and causing massive damage. Anyway the car is now 2.7 but I have 1 major problem. The car misses at 5000 rpm under full throttle. Ive tried changing many things including, fuel pumps, fuel filter, fuel pressure reguator, injectors, vacuum pipes, spark plugs, spark plug wires, but still I cannot figure out whats wrong with my baby. Ive also noticed this problem occurs more when the car is at full operating temperature.

I would higly appreciate assistance on this problem

possibly your afm, mine did something similiar when accelerating it would studder at about 5000 rpm then pick up and go to red line.

changed my afm and it fixed it
