Hi

I now have the parts for my efi conversion from tripple carbs.

Custom manifold to take e36m3 throttle bodies

Electromotive TEC2 ECU (s/h half the priceof MS)

Cossie 2wd fule pump & filter

So to get started i need a m20 harness and the 60-2 timming wheel & cover as my e21 still has a dizzy, anbody got one spare.

and also does anybody have good base map in csv or Execl I can use to start with to suit a 2.7 with itb's & a 304 cam.

So you just want the ignition setup Jason ?

I'll export one to excel for ya,can you drop me an email or PM me your email again and I'll get it on route, please be careful though, with tat cam and TB setup you will need to tweak what I send, whats the CR ??

For the 60-2 and VR sensor, Jon B will defo have those, you should have the bolt holes in the block for the sensor standoff already.

how is the ECU going to see the load ? can you use the M3 TPs ? or have you planned on Map sensor for load( or both ) TBH the tps is the best option given the TB size and gas speed as a result.

Hi

The TEC-2 does both fuel and spark I have a the m3 TPS, and a 1 bar MAP sensor and a 4 wire Bosh lambda, compression is about 10.5. So I could do with the maps for both fuel and spark I am using the stock e36 evo injectors.

The software can have an rpm switch set to swap between Alpha N and the MAP sensor.

Also what is the standard angle for the VR sensor relative to TDC.

Thanks

For the tip for the VR mounting

Jason

Be interested to see your fuel map when it's done.

Have to absolutely POUR fuel in at idle/low load due to the lack of gas speed, and I'm only running 40mm TBs with the injectors in the original(ish) position.

The standard VR angle is 90degrees BTDC (which is unusual as the standard for Bosch 60-2 is 120degrees)

Got a feeling that the M3Evo injectors are supposed to run at 5bar, but guess if you've got the M3 fual rail and FPR that's all taken care of :)
