Hi there,
Anyone know where I can get a set for my 325 cab?
And how much they cost?

Thanks,

Not quite correct, you need the 6 line kit if you have rear brake discs regardless of whether you have abs or not.

The 4 line kit is for drum brake models.

Thanks .. I sent a mail to Sal yesterday and haven't had a reply yet.
Just that Ireland Engineering in the USA have some and they're a bit cheaper.

Goodridge have completely messed up the E30 models. You will see them advertised wrongly everywhere!

Temple30 is talking about rear brakes (all e30 have discs at the front)

So
If you have Drums at the rear you need a 4 line kit
If you have Discs at the rear you need a 6 line kit

It doesn't not matter if you have ABS or Not

That e-bay ad is for a 4 line kit. I have rear discs so I need the 6 line kit.
Just that Ireland's site doesn't say 6 or 4.

This is the kit for rear disc cars

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GOODRIDGE-BRAKE-L ... dZViewItem

http://www.xsperformance.co.uk/e30zone/ ... cts_id=118

Or for rear drum cars

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GOODRIDGE-BRAKE-L ... dZViewItem

http://www.xsperformance.co.uk/e30zone/ ... cts_id=138

The other advert isn't for goodridge hoses. Goodridge hoses have a plastic coasting over them to prevent corrosion, if they don't have this they may not pass your equivilant MOT/TUV.

Sal seams to had advertised them wrongly on the zone shop as well??

Kedge if it was me and I was sold the incorrect item I would take it back.. if the shop won't take it back complain to goodridge because it seams to be their fault.

At an autosportshop you can buy braided hoses and couplings. You have to put them together yourself but it's the same quality and much cheaper. You don't need any special tools also. Maybe a good idea :).

I'm pretty sure that they have to have this plastic coating over them to pass an MOT, may be wrong though

Hmm, I'm not really up to date with the English MOT rules. Here I believe it's not abligatory.

I bet you could probably get away with them in most MOT testing stations, but I'm sure I have heard of someone who had a fail due to them.

Yes there is a bit of a price difference...
