1stly N/s windows won't close properly seem to become crossed over when close with the door closed...need to open door to close front window...any ideas on adjustment??
2ndly f/s rear bolt keeps on coming loose and the roof rattles at this point??
Cheers for any suggestions

firstly I suggest you undo the nuts on the hardtop pins, and ideally just remove the pins... then you will have the hardtop sitting gently on the car, and fix the front clasps in the locked-on position.
How are the windows now? If they are still all over the shop, you will have to adjust the windows; I'm sure someone has covered it on the zone (as you said), so do some more seaching as I've never had to adjust my windows. It is in Bentleys.
If the windows are ok, put the pins back in and adjust the locking nuts 1/4 turn at a time each side, checking the windows are still ok as you go, until you get a nice tight seal (ideally the same gap hardtop-to-body on both sides of the car)
Good luck

ps I'm assuming that the f/s rear pin locking mech (the bit that is in the car body) is NOT broken - if it IS then that's probably all of your issues right there!
