Does rear seat from 2DR fit in 4DR?

Need technical Q/A then you're in the right place

Somebody with a 4DR asked me about the seats I have for sale from my 2DR E30. As far as I know, the only difference is in the profile of the seat cushion, as the 4DR cushion is curved at the outer corners. Are the fixings the same for each? Would the 2DR seat cushion look out of place ina 4DR? I want to be honest with this guy and not try to sell him some seats that wont fit.

Thanks,
Kevin.

Kev, as you say, it's only the corners on the seat base that are different, all the fixings are the same, and I don't think it would look too out of place, but the cut offs are there to aid getting in and out of the car, so may be an issue if the back seat is used regular (ooerr!).

Ah yes, fun in the back seat, brings back memories. Now I've got three kids taking up the back seat :D
