Ok as some of you may know I have had a small leak coming from the front of the head gasket ever since the rebuild. Ive done around 1000 miles since and its still leaking.
Im going to change the gasket soon with a new one and new headstuds etc.

As long as I loosen the current head studs in the correct sequence and slowly the head shouldnt need re-faced? It has already been done when it was reconditioned and I dont want to take any more off.

I wouldn't have thought it was necessary, especially if the engine hasn't overheated.
