i have a 325 track car with 5 stud m3 hubs / brakes and (i think) M3 suspension. i want to convert the rack to PAS . can i just put a 325 PAS rack on (+associated pump/pipes etc) or is the rack likely to be an M3 dedicated rack ??. many thanks. jonathan

the m3 racks were left hand drive. so a normal RHD 325 rack is different.
Lots of racks will bolt up to the m3 suspension, so just run whichever one you need. 325 rack is slower than an m3 rack though. IIRC the 1.9 z3 rack is the one to go for. but have a search around for quick racks and you'll find plenty of info.

mmmm - looks a bit complicated and time consuming. as i am a bit thick when it comes to the oily bits and as i am always juggling too many balls so that i ont have much time then i think i will stick to an E30 pas rack. thanks all the same !!! thanks for all you help guys.
