My 325i Sport has just hit 102K so iv desided to give her a service.
What type of oil/coolant/spark plugs etc does anyone recommend for the job.

I'm giving my car an oil change myself as just recently had it serviced & the engine rebuilt by a BMW specialist. He advised me to change the oil when it had done 1000 miles, the time has come & am in the process ordering the oil. I have spoken to the oilman on the E30 Zone (Simon) who is an oil specialist & has recommended Silkolene Pro S 5w-40 for the BMW 325i Sport as its BMW approved.
