Does anyone have any experience of, or advice regarding converting a 325i to power steering? Ease of installation? Pitfalls to look out for?

No real pitfalls, other than don't fit a leaking rack. (Inside of rubber bellows on the ends of the rack should not have any steering fluid in them).
Engine pulley just bolts on in front of your existing engine pulley. Think the bolts may be slightly longer, so use these from the donor as well.
The steering link from the rack to the column is different from that on the manual, so you need that as well.
