Got some work to do on my cars - engine conversion n a few other bits, but dont have the space at mine to do it (plus have a gravel drive)

so basically looking to find a place to hire (hopefully for not too much - poor student etc  ), but searching internet hasnt brought up anything other than 1 garage for rent which was taken, so im sure some of you guys have done this before so was wondering what the best way to go about finding somewhere is..

Theres two of those large storage unit type places in colchester, whats the restrictions on those?

Be aware that the council garages are for storage only, no mechanical work is allowed in them. My mate has two up on grinstead road that he stores his car in but has to drive it ten miles to his house to work on it

Nah the hythe is a little dodgy!

Mind you one of my mates has just moved to grinstead and keeps his cossie at the house  bloody idiot.

How long do you need the space for, ill talk to a mate who has a unit he's moving out of.

Are you in Brighton or Colchester?

I'm near Brighton and have discovered some cheap units on farm land. PM me if you're interested.
