hey does anyone know wot size the side speakers are at the front of an 316i ? im wonted to change them but i thought id ask first instead of taking the side panels of to check

just fitted 2 130mm alpine speakers today,took 20 minutes

I fitted some decent speakes to the front of mine but they still sounded crap. I noticed there was a little gap between the edge of the speakers and the metal so sealed them up with a line of silicon around the edge but still no good.

what type did you use? i fitted a couple of alpine speakers and they sound fine.
