got a letter from DVLA 'we have found a discrepancy relating to duty paid/expiry date' gotta fill in a form etc??
just wondered if anyone else had ever received one?
anyone had this with tax?

What do you mean,have you not declared your car off the road?Expiry date must mean your tax has ran out.Could you be more precise as to what the letter says.And then we can be of more help.Or is it a fine.I have be done twice taken a car off the road and been longer in doing the jobs to it and forgot to SORN it and had a fine of £80.Which you have to pay won't be doing it again.
