Some of us do a bit of sleeping between 1 a.m. and 8.45 a.m.!!
You've already really had your answer - It's been done a few times - So use the forum search function. It's all there in detail.
Easy enough to do, but two ways of doing it.
1/ You can drill out the rivets and replace the black metal mounting plate, leaving the gold coloured plate behind. (Will make sense when you look at it). Looks simple, but, for some strange reason, the motor doesn't quite fit the holes provided.
2/ You can remove the whole mounting plate, complete with outer guide tubes, just leaving the inner cables behind, and feed these into the tubes on the electri assembly.
2 is the bigger job, but gives best results.
